Hello, I am Heidi. I'm a natural healer, compassionate guide, and someone who truly believes in the body's ability to heal when we give it the space and support it needs.

This work is personal to me. Like many people, I’ve had seasons where I felt overwhelmed, disconnected, and unsure how to get back to myself. What I found through natural healing—through foot zoning, emotional release, breathwork, sound therapy, and essential oils wasn’t just relief. It was reconnection with oneself.

That’s why I hold space for others, so anyone, no matter their age, background, or story, can feel supported, understood, and gently guided back into balance.

Outside of my work, I’m a mom, a nature remedies lover, and a firm believer in the power of small, meaningful moments. I believe healing doesn’t have to be heavy. It can be peaceful, even beautiful.
